General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions refer to all service that can be found directly on our website, on mobile devices or in electronic mail. By viewing and using our website and by making a reservation, you agree that you have read, understood and agreed with these General Terms and Conditions. You have also accepted the Privacy Statement.

The website www.dujemarinegroup.com (the Website), its contents and online accommodation booking service are owned and managed by “Uslužni obrt Duje” (owner Duško Fazlić Ćopić) (hereinafter: Duje Marine Group, dujemarinegroup.com, we, our, us) with its registered seat in Hvar, at the address Lucije Rudan 47, 21450 Hvar, and are as such at disposal for your personal use in the manner and in accordance with the prescribed General Terms and Conditions.

“Uslužni obrt Duje” provides accommodation services, recreational craft rental services, and other services in accordance with the published information (daily tour organization and entertainment at sea) and the description and schedule stated in the submitted offer or confirmed reservation, except in case of extraordinary circumstances (war, riots, strike, terrorist attacks, sanitary problems, natural disasters, interventions of local authorities, death or illness of the service provider, etc.).

BUSINESS ACTIVITY
Through our website, we offer an online system for booking apartments, boats, trips and entertainment at sea. By making a reservation via our website, the visitors or guests and customers enter into a direct contractual relationship with “Uslužni obrt Duje”.

All information including prices and availability, with regard to the services we offer, are updated on a daily basis and we guarantee that the information is correct, complete and true.

Our services are available only for personal and non-commercial use. Therefore, it is not allowed to resell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. via a web spider or web-scraping), display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, product or service that is available on our website in any commercial or competitive purposes.

PRICES
The price of accommodation or rent includes the service described in the offer that can be found on the authorized part of the website. The prices on the dujemarinegroup.com website are per person, for the entire period of stay or use, with VAT and all other taxes and fees (which are subject to change) already included, except if it is otherwise stated on our website or in the e-mail message with the booking confirmation.

At times, the prices of accommodation in certain accommodation units or boat rental shown on our websites may be reduced. However, these prices may be subject to certain restrictions and conditions in terms of, e.g., cancellation or refund. Please read all information on the accommodation unit, boat, trip or price before making a reservation, so that you would be familiar with such possibilities.

The currency converter is used only for informational purposes only and it should not be relied on in terms of accuracy and actuality. The actual prices may vary.

Obvious errors and incorrect information (including printing errors) are non-binding.

All special offers and promotions are marked as such.

Special services are services that are not included in the price of accommodation, boat rental or reservation of other services (in the description they will be marked as “as agreed” or “additional services” which can be realized with prior notice), and the guest pays them separately. These services must be requested when the reservation is made.

Duje Marine Group hold the right to change the published prices due to potential changes to exchange rates and various other circumstances. Guests who made the deposit for a certain reservation are guaranteed the price of accommodation or service stated in the offer based on which the made the deposit. If a number of persons greater than the number of persons stated in the booking confirmation arrives to the booked accommodation unit, we reserve the right to withhold services for unannounced guests or to accept all the guests with extra charges.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RECREATIONAL CRAFT RENTAL
Once a reservation is made, the customer confirms that he/she is familiar with the Terms and Conditions of Recreational Craft Rental, and that he/she fully accepts them. Thus, everything stated in the Terms and Conditions of Recreational Craft Rental becomes legally binding both for the customer and for “Uslužni obrt Duje”. PAYMENTS
Duje Marine Group allows you to pay for your reservations in several ways – by credit card, bank transfer or internet banking. You can find more information on payment methods here.

CANCELLING A RESERVATION

COMPLAINT RESOLUTION
If the services that we offer were not performed in a satisfactory way, the guest/customer can request compensation by submitting a complaint. Every guest/customer has the right to submit a complaint for unperformed paid services. Every guest/customer – holder of a confirmed reservation submits a complaint separately. The guest/customer must submit a complaint on the service he/she finds inappropriate immediately to one of the stated Duje Marine Group contacts (stated in the offer and/or in these General Terms and Conditions). The guest/customer shall undertake to cooperate with our personnel in good faith in order to rectify the causes for the complaint. If the guest does not accept the solution or compensation for the subject of complaint offered by our personnel, Duje Marine Group is not required to accept any further complaints.
If the guest/customer still believes that he/she has the right to complain even after a solution or compensation for the subject of complaint was offered by our personnel, the guest/customer must submit a written complaint within 28 days after check-out (together with all evidence, documents and photographs proving the basis of the complaint) to one of the following addresses: by e-mail at [email protected] or by post to Uslužni obrt Duje, Lucije Rudan 47, 21450 Hvar.
Only fully documented complaints received by the stated deadline shall be considered and resolved. Duje Marine Group shall confirm the receipt of a complaint without undeu delay.
Duje Marine Group shall issue a written resolution of the complaint within 15 days of receiving the complaint. The complaint resolution time may be prolonged for the purpose of gathering information or verifying the complaint allegations for a maximum of 15 additional days. Duje Marine Group shall resolve only those complaints whose cause could not have been eliminated at the location of using the service. Until Duje Marine Group presents its solution, the guest/customer shall refrain from mediation by any other party, arbitration, or judicial institutions, as well as providing information to the media.
The maximum compensation per complaint may reach the amount of the part of service that was complained about, and cannot cover services that were already used or the total amount of service.

FINAL PROVISIONS
The guest/customer and Duje Marine Group shall endeavour to resolve disputes amicably, otherwise the competent court shall be the court in Split. The applicable law shall be the law of the Republic of Croatia. These General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Contract which the guest/customer and “Uslužni obrt Duje” conclude. By making a deposit or by sending a written confirmation of booking accommodation, the guest/customer or group of guests, natural or legal person that made the reservation fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.
